CIG Travel

We have booked our 20 year anniversary trip with CIG Travel and we were very happy with the services Ivonka has provided. She guided us thru the entire trip, she has arranged private airport transfers, private tours, as well as special anniversary amenities.

We unfortunately had to reschedule our honeymoon because of the coronavirus. We were going to have to pay thousands more to reschedule but Ivonka was thankfully able to help us not have to pay anything extra. Beyond that we got everything we wanted and it couldn't have been easier.

We absolutely loved our trip! Very relaxing and the food and drinks were amazing. James and I can’t wait to go back to a Sandals resort. We definitely tell all of our friends about you and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for everything! Our honeymoon was memorable because of the work you put into planning it for us!

Ivonka planned our honeymoon to Aruba and we could not have had a better experience. We told her what we were looking for and she put together a great location and itinerary. We were extremely impressed and would highly recommend. Everything was taken care of as far as transportation, all inclusive benefits, and any excursions that we chose to do. For those thinking of Aruba, Manchebo is an excellent resort and we had a romantic, quiet getaway.

Ivonka was AMAZING. First, she met us during a snowstorm and gave us a ton of helpful info before we started planning our honeymoon. She was easily available via e-mail and phone whenever we had questions and her response time was very quick. She listened to what we wanted and found us great deals within our budget. She even arranged for a nice welcome gift to our hotel when we arrived.

Ivonka was the best honeymoon travel planner we could have asked for!!! We told Ivonka all of the places we wanted to go to in Europe for our honeymoon and she put everything together for us no charge. Everything was perfect from the hotels to the itinerary it was seamless! While we were on our honeymoon we needed to make a last minute change to our itinerary and Ivonka pulled some strings and got us a private boat excursion change last minute.

Working with Ivonka has been the best decision we made when planning our honeymoon. She made the process so easy and dealt with great amount of details and questions that we threw at her with so much ease. Ivonka helped us plan our honeymoon itinerary to Italy, from picking up the cities/places to go within our timeframe, hotels, transportation, and even helped us booked excursion/tour. We can't thank her enough to make our honeymoon so amazing!

We planned our honeymoon with Ivonka to Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya and will use her again and again. She's very knowledgeable with all things travel and was super patient with us as we decided where we wanted to go. We flip flopped from Mexico to Turks and Caicos to to Fiji and beyond. She provided resort/hotel insight as well as amenities and even personal reviews. Work with her on your honeymoon and travel needs, you won't be sorry!

Ivonka has been incredible to work with for our honeymoon! At a time when everything is up in the air, she was very reliable and had our best interest in mind.
